We got a room near the entrance which we really appreciated since we had a lot of snow gear to lug in and repack for our flight. It was also across from the exercise room which three of us enjoyed. The pool was used by two poeple, with no one else there. The room itself was very well decorated, well-lit, and spacious for four people. The people at the desk were very friendly and helped us dispose of our recycling which we had brought from Winter Park.

The property was excellent, very nice and extremely clean. We left a couple of ice block that match our cooler, (not the disposable kind) in the room (225) and didn’t get full cooperation with this issue, so that was somewhat disappointing.

Missed connection and had to stay the night in Denver. Last minute reservation, no luggage or toiletries. Were able to accomodate and help with basic needs.

Tammy at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She assisted us in straightening out a reservation for a second night. All staff were courteous and offered great service. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and offered many options.
